To add a new question, follow these steps:

1. Click the Manage FAQs button

2. From your site's control panel click 'Add' and then choose the 'Questions and Answers' option

3. Each new question must be assigned to a category

4. Save and publish

You can always edit your FAQs, reorder them, and select other categories.

Yes. To add media, follow these steps:

1. Enter the app options

2. Click Manage FAQs

3. Create or choose the question you want to add media to

4. When editing your answer, click the image, video or gif icon

5. Add the content from your library and save the changes.

You can edit the title from the options tab in the app. If you don't want to show the title, deactivate the option from 'Information to show'.

Orders will be shipped from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays in Spain.

Once payment has been made for the item, we will send it to the transport company in about 4-5 days. From then on, the estimated delivery time by the delivery company is:

• Spain 3-4 days

• Europe 7-8 days

• Rest of the world 15-17 days

Sometimes the carrier may delay the delivery date and we cannot be held responsible for the situation (due to weather conditions, traffic, accidents, etc.).

The transport company is responsible for delivery times and for resolving incidents. Please note that the maximum delivery time, according to current legislation, is 30 days.

If this happens, write to our customer service at tienda.amayra@gmail.com with the subject “DAMAGED ITEM”

We will need your order number (#12345), a photo of the item in its packaging, the defective item and part, and a description of what is damaged.

You should only accept packages with no visible signs of damage from the shipping company. If you decide to accept visibly damaged items, you must note this on the delivery form along with your signature.

If you receive an incorrect item, please email us with the subject “INCORRECT ITEM”.

In any case, our customer service will surely find a solution for you :)

NOTE: Please note that as these are hand-printed items, the actual colour may vary slightly from that shown in the images.

We have two payment methods: payment with Paypal and payment with Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Maestro credit and debit cards).

Remember that in order for the card payment to appear, you must fill out the form first.

The system automatically calculates shipping and handling costs based on the volume, weight, urgency and destination of the purchased products.

Once payment has been made on the website, the order goes directly to the logistics company, which is responsible for preparing the orders and passing them on to the transport company. A signature is required upon receipt of the package, so you need to make sure that someone can receive it.

Yes, by selecting your city and province, shipping costs for the islands will be automatically calculated. The order will be invoiced WITHOUT TAXES; upon delivery, the customer must pay in cash the corresponding tax established by Customs.

Yes, the price always includes VAT.

For now only online.

You will receive a receipt when you purchase the product, but if you need an invoice, write to us at tienda.amayra@gmail.com with your order number and billing information and we will send it to you in a few days.

All products, texts and photos in the online shop are protected by intellectual property law. Any misuse can be prosecuted (we're getting a bit serious here, sorry, but you know what we're up to...).
